Beef and Sprouts

I’ve adapted this recipe from a Company’s Coming cookbook… I’ve had it in my files for awhile so I don’t know which one of their books it is from.

I like to buy ground beef in large (2kg) packages and then cook it all up at once and then divide it into 4 equal portions and freeze it like that.  It makes getting dinners like this one on to the table quicker!  I’ve also been sauting a whole bag of onions at once and then freezing them in the silicone muffin tins.  When they are frozen, I pop them out of the muffin tin and stick them in a freezer bag and they are ready for when I am making soup or a casserole.  I do the same thing with celery.

I usually serve this recipe with brown rice.
