Yummy Granola – I am experimenting with this one that I found while trying to find the baking time for the Ripley Granola… I didn’t have the buckwheat or pumpkin seeds.  I used hemp seeds (1/2 cup) and only one cup of almonds because that is all I had.  I also only used 1/2 cup of maple syrup.  It didn’t clump, but was more than sweet enough.  I used 1 cup of sunflower seeds and 1 cup of ground flax seeds

Thin Pancakes – 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of flour. That makes about 4? Just whisk and pour like a pancake and then flip when golden brown.  Ryan likes it with Roger’s Syrup and cream.  Kayley likes them with strawberries, whipped cream and maple syrup
