Instant Pot

Brown Rice 

  1. 1 cup of dry rice – rinsed
  2. 1 cup of water, add to Instant Pot’s inner pot/liner.
  3. Pressure Cook 25 minutes
  4. Natural Release 10 minutes and then release any remaining pressure, and serve.

Quinoa – link – toast 1 cup quinoa, add 1 1/2 cups water, high pressure 1 minute, natural release

Strip Loin Steak – I put two sprigs of rosemary in the bag. I followed these directions for setting the IP.  I did 130 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes.  I finished it with The Keg Steakhouse seasoning.  I finished it on the BBQ using these directions.
