Black Beans

1 1/2 cup beans with 3 cups of water

1 T tomato bouillon

1 t garlic powder

1 t onion powder

1 bay leaf

Instant Pot Mac and Cheese Link  I used evaporated skim milk and it needed more chicken broth… 3 1/2 cups. I also used a tiny bit of Cheez Whiz as I was trying to clean out the jar.  I would try just using the saute part to evaporate the liquid and then turn it off to add the rest of the ingredients because it stuck pretty good to the bottom of the pot and was a pain to clean.  I broiled it with bread crumbs for one minute.
