Instant Pot Ribs Link  The first time we did them, we did them for 25 minutes, with a 10 minute natural release and they were FALLING off the bone.  We tried grilling them, but they broke apart and stuck on the grill.  The second time, we did them for 20 minutes, pressed cancel and let them sit for 10 minutes before we released the pressure. The meat was still falling off the bone, but not quite as much. I put them in a pan with BBQ sauce and broiled them rather than grilling them.
